MOVING
ASSISTANCE

"Helping Hands Moving Service":

Being Alive - San Diego can help persons with
AIDS move to a new home. Please schedule two
weeks in advance of the move.)
RENTAL
ASSISTANCE
- Security Deposit
Guarantee Program: (619) 641-0074. (This program
serves residents of the City of San Diego,
921** zip codes only. The SDGP program assists
tenants to work out a 3-6 month payment schedule
with the landlord for the security deposit,
and the program will guarantee payments. Department
of Labor Participation.)
- Rental Assistance
Program (RAP): (619) 420-3620. (South Bay
Community Services provides this program for
people living in or moving to the communities
of Imperial Beach, Coronado, Lemon Grove,
Bonita and Spring Valley. For rent owed or
security deposit, RAP will assist the tenant
to work out a repayment schedule with the
landlord and will guarantee payments.)
- PARS: (Partial
rent subsidy program for qualified tenants.
