Collaborative Partners

Townspeople actively networks with more than 200 community organizations to provide effective and efficient housing services. Referrals to and from these agencies is a vital link in our community’s continuum of care for homeless individuals who present with co-occurring disorders and/or disabilities.

 

Because of our history working within the HIV/AIDS community as a specialty, we are the primary agency to which HIV/AIDS case managers, social workers and healthcare providers refer their HIV/AIDS clients who are in need of shelter, emergency housing and permanent housing.

 

We have several long-term MOUs that have been in place for key services and referrals, based on our experience of resident needs.
