John Romaker, President
I have been an attorney for 28 years. I represent businesses and individuals in a wide range of subjects. I have extensive experience with commercial leases, employer practices liability and labor code issues. I particularly enjoy assisting small business owners–restaurants, contractors, and sellers of goods. I accept consulting projects. Presently, I consult with the largest boutique Family Law firm in San Diego, where I assist their clients in mergers and acquisitions, real property, trust, and odd financial transactions.
